Audits

  • Gap Analysis Audits – A Once off Audit is conducted to test compliance and non-conformances are identified and addressed. An Audit report with recommendations will be supplied to the client upon completion. 
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Audits – Clients may require third party audits to ensure compliance. A stand in Auditor can be present to validate, review and ensure any non-conformance rectifications are implemented as required.
  • Audit protocol – A baseline assessment of all hazards covering all fields. Once the basics have been determined, audit protocols are prepared to cover all aspects. Which is then monitored through a system on a daily/monthly basis. Any non-conformances are identified and addressed effectively to ensure preventative management.
